As I’m sitting here reading everyone’s homework responses from my I Choose Me 2020 program, I feel deeply for the members who express their pain. And there’s a lot of pain being shown…along with awareness.
The thing about pain is that it takes up space … and when we hold on to it, it expands.
It grows and forces us to show up. It causes us to come back to ourselves and to stand in our own power. It gives us a chance to say NO, one more time.
Pain is often the thing that turns us around and helps us to see our true value.
We may not want it to be that way; we’d want to live in a world where we knew our own value and own worth, but unfortunately we don’t. The pain points you are experiencing can be triggers that say, “I’m no longer willing to do this”.
The struggles that I’ve had in my life in different ways have been the things that have brought me to this very place today. Without any of these pains, I wouldn’t be here. I wouldn’t be sharing this insight; we wouldn’t have this community.
And that’s why I think pain is valuable.
I am grateful for every single one of those painful experiences because I’ve expanded; I’ve grown, and I actually love myself more than I ever have in my life. As I continue to unwind, release, and learn more about the things I have held onto in my life, I do believe that the same can happen for all of us.
Continue to learn how to unload that internal pain and use it to choose your better self. Use 2020 to commit to a “I Choose Me” lifestyle and you will be ready for a year of self-growth.
Although we have already started the I CHOOSE Me program, it can be done at your own pace. If you’d like to get more info, go here for complete details.
Love and Light,
Sunny Dawn Johnston
