Nicolee Ober graduated from ASU with a bachelor degree in science in Nutrition, 2009. She taught. Holistic Nutrition at SWIHA for two years, under the direction of Dr. Heneley, ND. Her emphasis was on the Mitochondria, the power house of the cells. Using Dr. Heneley’s integrated approach to health, students learned that nutrition is so much more than what is on the end of a fork. It is spiritual, it is slowing down and breathing. It is eating with gratitude and it is the dynamic relationship between energetics, physiology, biochemistry, emotions and anatomy. Nicolee continued to study and coach individuals with healthy food choices guiding them on the path to holistic health. She is here to provide Nutritional Consultations, develop individualized meal plans, as well as shopping and meal prep to assist patients in developing healthy food plans to promote overall wellness.
